- handle the request made through the electronic form (see Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the purposes of responding to the subject’s request and in relation to the necessity of the processing for the purposes of service provision related to the request response;
- market services (see Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in relation to Controller’s legally justified interest.
Your data will be processed only throughout the term of the agreement necessary to respond to the request, and after its expiration for the period of time necessary to excercise or secure potential legal claims.
Personal data that is processed in order to market own services based on a legitimate interest will be processed until the data subject has objected to it.
You have the right of access to their data, as well as the right to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing of personal data based on the Collector’s legitimate interests.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR law.
Personal data shall not be processed automatically.
Your personal data can be transferred to parties processing them on Hunterpol Sylwia Joachimiak’s commission, i.e. parties providing technical services related to development and maintenance of IT systems and Internet servers.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country / an international organisation.
