1. Booking your hunt

The first step to book your hunting adventure is filling in the booking form where you can select the kind of hunt, specify the number of hunters in your trip, book single rooms, choose your arrival and departure date, the number of outings, and the amount of game that you would like to shoot. You must also submit (either by mail or email) the insurance and hunting licenses of all the hunters in your group. The hunters may bring accompanying persons if they declare that option earlier. The accompanying person willing to assist in the hunt must submit a valid insurance. By booking a driven hunt, the representative of each group commits himself/herself to make an advance payment of at least 50% of the agreed price by a transfer onto Hunterpol’s bank account:

If no advance payment is made at 60 days before the arrival date of the group coming for driven hunt, hunt is cancelled and no claims can be made against the Hunterpol agency.

During booking an individual hunt you will be asked to commit yourself to make an advance payment of the value hunting  organization package that you will find in the offer and booking form. The prepayment has to be made at least 30 days before arrival day by transfer to Hunterpol’s bank account.  If no advance payment is made at least 30 days before arrival date the hunt will be cancelled and no claims can be made against Hunterpol – agency. The final settlement (regarding trophies and other services) is made after the hunt, when an official protocol is completed and signed.

The remaining payment shall be paid after hunting in cash or to bank account.

If the hunter pays in cash (Euro) the money is collected by the agency’s representative.

In case deposit exceeds amount of your bill, Hunterpol agency will pay back the rest in cash in the last days of hunting or to indicated account number within 14 days. After receiving deposit payment and full details of hunting (date / members) Hunterpol agency shall provide Vouchers - Confirmation of Hunting Purchase which will be sent by email.

2. Documents

You will need the following documents to hunt in Poland:

  • ID card or passport
  • valid hunting license
  • European Firearms Pass
  • valid insurance
  • valid certificate of vaccination for hunting dogs (if any)

3. The price includes:

  • hunt organization
  • accommodation in a hunting lodge/hotel in a double or triple room with full board
  • the assistance of an interpreter
  • preparation of the trophies
  • the assistance of a Polish stalker (individual hunt)
  • transport around the hunting area (driven hunt)

4. The price does not include:

  • a single room (an additional fee is charged when a single room is ordered, when a hunter comes alone or when the number of hunters is odd)
  • transport around the hunting area on an individual hunt
  • tips for stalkers, interpreter, and beaters
  • alcoholic drinks

5. Cancellations and modifications

Cancelling your hunt is possible at least 30 days before your planned arrival for individual hunt. Otherwise, every hunter has to pay the price of 3 days of organization, including accommodation and meals. All of the changes and modifications regarding the dates of the hunt, extending or shortening the stay etc. should be communicated at least 15 days before the client’s arrival.

6. Insurance

Every hunter has a civil liability insurance provided by a relevant organization (hunting club or forest administration office). The insurance covers all of the accidents which may occur during the hunt and which may affect third parties or their property. This insurance, however, does not cover ill-fated accidents, material losses (such as damaging a firearm or outwear), accidents occurred due to alcohol or drug use or any situation which does not result directly from hunting activities.

7. Invoicing

If you wish to receive an invoice for the hunt please provide us with all the company details required upfront. In any other matter related with invoicing contact Hunterpol’s office contact or any other sales representative in Hunterpol.

8. Acknowledge agreement

By sending back the “Booking form” a client accepts the details of offer and payment policy of Hunterpol. The customer shall be held responsible for filling false/misleading information.

9. Image, contact details rights

I hereby agree for processing my personal data, included in my “Booking form” by Hunterpol sp. z o.o. with its seat in Zaniemyśl, Poland, 63-020, at ul. Leśna 7 for the purpose of processing hunting order (as defined in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data - Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, hereinafter referred to as the Act). Hunterpol also obtains the right to use my personal portrayal and the image of my trophies on their websites or various social media profiles. I will not demand any fees or profits regarding presenting them online. I also agree for Hunterpol to use my email address and phone number for further contact regarding their offer. I acknowledge that I have the right to access and rectify the abovementioned personal data and image. Submitting personal data is voluntary, but necessary to accomplish the order. Filling in and resending “Booking form” or attending hunting games by a client will explicitly authorize Hunterpol to use personal data, image, trophies image and, email/phone number without any time limits, especially for the purpose of presenting future offers.
